重塑肿瘤微环境以改善免疫治疗疗效

摘要 目前针对细胞-细胞相互作用、可溶性分子-细胞相互作用等的研究越来越多,我们对肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)的理解也越来越透彻。肿瘤免疫治疗发展迅速,TME中免疫细胞的数量、组成、功能以及其他可溶性分子的存在是影响免疫治疗疗效的关键因素。冷肿瘤是缺乏免疫浸润、具有免疫抑制TME且对免疫治疗无反应的肿瘤,将冷肿瘤转化为热肿瘤对改善预后、提高患者生存率有重要意义。本文回顾了不同肿瘤表型的TME特征及与免疫治疗的关系,并综述了多种旨在通过调节TME将冷肿瘤热化的治疗干预措施。 Currently,there are more and more studies on cell-cell interaction and soluble molecule-cell interaction,and our understanding of tumor microenvironment(TME)is becoming more and more thorough.Tumor immunotherapy is developing rapidly.However,the number,composition,function of immune cells and the presence of other soluble molecules in TME are key factors affecting the efficacy of immunotherapy.Cold tumor is a tumor that lacks immune invasion,has immunosuppressive TME and does not respond to immunotherapy.Transforming cold tumor into hot tumor is of great significance for improving prognosis and survival rate of patients.In this paper,the characteristics of TME in different tumor phenotypes and their relationship with immunotherapy are reviewed,and a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at thermalizing cold tumors by regulating TME are reviewed.
