Caveolin-1蛋白及其对血脑屏障通透性改变调节作用研究

摘要 血脑屏障(blood brain barrier)是人体血液与脑组织液进行物质交换的重要保护屏障系统,对中枢神经系统微环境稳态起着重要作用。Caveolin-1是横跨膜的支架蛋白,可以通过不同信号通路的转导、内吞、转细胞、胆固醇转运和脂质稳态作用,调节细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、分化、血管生成等作用,是神经系统中非常重要的蛋白。本论文主要从Caveolin-1的结构、功能、相关通路、及治疗出发,对血脑屏障通透性改变调节进行论述,对脑血管相关疾病的治疗提供思路。 The blood brain barrier is an important protective barrier system for material exchange between human blood and brain tissue fluid.It plays an important role in the homeostasis of the micro-environment of the central nervous system.Caveolin-1 is a transmembrane scaffold protein that can regulate cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,differentiation,angiogenesis,etc.through transduction,endocytosis,transcytosis,cholesterol transport,and lipid homeostasis of different signaling pathways is a very important protein in the nervous system.This paper mainly discusses the regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability changes based on the structure,function,related pathways,and treatment of Caveolin-1,and provides ideas for the treatment of cerebrovascular related diseases.
