基于妇科病探析张锡纯对仲景思想的继承与发展

Analysis of Zhang Xichun's Inheritance and Development of Zhong jing's Thoughts based on Gynecological Diseases

张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》确立“辨证论治”的原则,实现了理论与实践的结合,为后世中医研究发展提供启示。近代名医张锡纯临床经验颇丰,作者从其代表著作《医学衷中参西录》总结得出张氏充分汲取仲景思想,创立“大气下陷”学说,继承温病观和活血化瘀法,将其应用于多种妇科病诊疗中;变通化裁经方,临床运用白虎加人参汤及其变方、加味麦门冬汤、理饮汤等效果显著;用药上善用活血化瘀药,重视归芍、龙牡等药对使用,重用药物以胜病。文章以妇科病为基础,从理论特色、方剂选用和用药特点三个方面探析张锡纯对仲景思想的继承与发展。

ZHANG Zhongjing’s“Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases”established the principle of“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,achieved the combination of theory and practice,and provided inspiration for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine in later generations.ZHANG Xichun,a famous doctor in modern times,has rich clinical experience.The author summarizes from his representative work“Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu”that ZHANG fully absorbed Zhongjing’s thoughts,founded the theory of“atmospheric depression”,inherited the view of febrile disease and the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and It is used in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of gynecological diseases;the modified Huajing prescription,Baihu plus ginseng decoction and its modifications,modified Maimendong decoction,Liyin decoction,etc.are clinically used with remarkable results;in medication,make good use of blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs,and pay attention to Gui Shao,Long Mu and other medicinal pairs are used,and the medicines are reused to overcome the disease.Based on gynecological diseases,this article analyzes ZHANG Xichun’s inheritance and development of Zhong Jing’s thoughts from three aspects:theoretical characteristics,prescription selection and medication characteristics.
