2型糖尿病大血管病变的体质分布特点及脂代谢的研究

Study on the Constitution Distribution Characteristics and Lipi d Metabolism of Macroangiopaplasia in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)大血管病变患者体质分布特点及脂代谢情况,为防治T2DM合并大血管病变提供依据。方法:回顾性研究2021年1月—12月在山东省中医院健康管理中心进行常规体检的140例T2DM患者,根据是否发生大血管病变分为对照组(未发生大血管病变)70例和观察组(合并大血管病变)70例,分析患者的体质类型,比较2组的一般资料及相关脂代谢指标。结果:2组之间血瘀质、平和质分布差异具有统计学意义。观察组的年龄、BMI、TG、LDL-C、Lp(a)、apo B均高于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义,2组之间SBP、DBP、TC、HDL-C差异不具有统计学意义。结论:血瘀质是T2DM大血管病变的易感体质,脂代谢异常、年龄、BMI是大血管病变的危险因素,以体质学说为基础,通过干预手段改善患者偏颇体质,可以预防、延缓糖尿病大血管事件的发生。

Objective:To study the body composition characteristics and lipid metabolism of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and macrovascular disease,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of T2DM combined with macrovascular disease.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 140 T2DM patients who underwent routine physical examinations at the Health Management Center of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021.According to whether macrovascular disease occurred,they were divided into a control group(no macrovascular disease)and an observation group of 70 patients.(combined with macrovascular disease)70 cases,the physical types of the patients were analyzed,and the general information and related lipid metabolism indicators of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The difference in the distribution of blood stasis and flatness between the 2 groups was statistically significant.The age,BMI,TG,LDL-C,Lp(a),and apo B of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.The differences in SBP,DBP,TC,and HDL-C between the 2 groups were not statistically significant.learning meaning.Conclusion:Blood stasis is the susceptibility to macrovascular disease in T2DM.Abnormal lipid metabolism,age,and BMI are risk factors for macrovascular disease.Based on the constitution theory,intervention methods can be used to improve patients’biased constitution,which can prevent and delay the progression of diabetes.occurrence of vascular events.
