父母教养方式与青少年体育锻炼:自我效能和心理韧性的链式中介作用

Parental Rearing Style and Physical Exercise of Teenagers:The Tong-distance Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy and Psychological Resilience

摘要 本研究采用父母教养方式量表、心理资本量表、体育锻炼等级量表,对630名青少年进行测查,探讨父母教养方式与青少年体育锻炼的关系及自我效能和心理韧性的中介效应。结果发现:(1)父母关爱和父母鼓励与体育锻炼正相关,而父母拒绝与体育锻炼成负相关;(2)自我效能和心理韧性在父母教养方式与体育锻炼间分别起部分中介效应;(3)自我效能和心理韧性在父母教养方式与体育锻炼间起链式中介作用。结果表明父母教养方式与青少年体育锻炼间具有密切联系,自我效能和心理韧性在该联系中起重要作用。 This study investigated 630 adolescents with parental rearing style questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire and physical exercise Grade questionnaire to explore the relationship between parental rearing style and adolescent physical exercise and the mediating effect of self-efficacy and psychological resilience.The results showed that:(1)parental care and parental encouragement were positively correlated with physical exercise,while parental refusal was negatively correlated with physical exercise;(2)Self efficacy and psychological resilience have partial mediating effects between parental rearing patterns and physical exercise;(3)Self efficacy and psychological resilience play a chain intermediary role between parental rearing style and physical exercise.The results show that there is a close relationship between parental rearing style and teenagers'physical exercise,and self-efficacy and psychological resilience play an important role in this relationship.
