摘要
随着目前环境法规要求不断提高,挥发性有机物已成为空气污染治理的重点管控对象。油气回收技术在油气储运系统中广泛的应用能够有效解决大量油气排放污染环境问题,具有一定的经济效益。简要论述了在油气储运系统中油气排放的主要阶段和四种基本油气回收技术,并以实际应用为例列举三种油气回收组合技术,对今后企业对油气回收工艺的选择提供一定的指导意义。通过对某成品油库的油气回收装置改造过程来详细说明吸附+吸收工艺的实际应用意义。
With the continuous improvement of environmental legislations,volatile organic compounds have become a key control object for air pollution control.The widespread application of oil vapor recovery technology in oil and gas storage and transportation systems can effectively solve the environmental pollution problem caused by a large amount of oil and gas emissions,and has certain economic benefits.The main stages of oil vapor emissions in oil vapor storage and transportation systems and four basic oil vapor recovery technologies were briefly discussed.The practical applications was taken as an example to list three combined technologies for oil vapor recovery,hoping to provide certain guiding significance for enterprises to choose oil vapor recovery processes in the future.The practical application significance of adsorption+absorption process was explained in detail through the renovation process of the oil vapor recovery device in a certain finished oil depot.
