石油化工企业储运系统油气回收处理技术应用浅析 被引量:3

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,石油化工企业凭借着在降低投资、降低生产成本、提高石油资源利用效率、生产灵活性大且能适应市场对产品变化的需求等方面优势不断发展,但是随着环保要求的不断提高,油气回收技术和油气处理技术的多样化和复杂性,给石油化工企业储运系统无组织和有组织排放油气的系统设计和安全运行提出了更高的要求。本文通过石油化工企业储运系统油气排放限制的确定、油气收集系统的设置、油气回收处理工艺技术的确定和安全环保等全方位介绍了油气回收处理技术的设计原则和技术要点,为同类工程项目的新建或改扩建提供参考。 With the development of science and technology,petrochemical enterprises are developing with their advantages in reducing investment,reducing production costs,improving the utilization efficiency of petroleum resources,a great deal of production flexibility,and being able to adapt to the changing market demand for products.However,with the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the diversification and complexity of vapor recovery and treatment technology have put forward higher requirements for the system design and safe operation of unorganized and organized emission of vapor in the storage and transportation system of petrochemical enterprises.The design principles and technical essentials of vapor recovery and treatment technology in terms of the determination of vapor emission limits,the setting of vapor collection system,the determination of vapor recovery and treatment technology,safety and environmental protection in the storage and transportation system of petrochemical enterprises was demonstrated.A reference was provided for the construction and reconstruction of similar projects.
