摘要
制备了一种氨基化CdSe/ZnS量子点并用透射电镜进行了表征,其在543 nm处有最大荧光发射信号,碱性缓冲溶液作为溶剂时其荧光信号较强。将该量子点用于克百威的测定,结果显示克百威对其荧光信号有猝灭作用。在最佳条件下(0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠和PBS溶液为溶剂,10分钟为猝灭时间),量子点的荧光强度随着克百威浓度的增大而降低,在0.1~100.0μg/L的范围内荧光强度与克百威浓度的对数呈线性关系,相关系数R2为0.99,检出限为0.06μg/L。该方法可以与常规的LC-MS方法相媲美,具有更低的检测限。
A kind of NH_(2) modified core-shell CdSe/ZnS quantum dots(QDs)were prepared via a hydrothermal procedure.Transmission electron microscope(TEM)was employed to characterize the microscopic appearance.The fluorescent intensity was the summit at 543 nm,and in 0.1 mol/L NaOH/PBS solution.Carbonfuran was able to quench the fluorescence of QDs thus NH_(2)-CdSe/ZnS QDs was able to detect carbonfuran.Under the optimal conditions(quench time of 10 min),the intensity declined as the concentration of carbonfuran increased.In the range of 0.1~100.0μg/L,a linear relationship was obtained between the fluorescent intensity and logarithm value of carbonfuran s concentration,with the limit of detection(LOD)of 0.06μg/L.This was comparable with the current LC-MS method.
