摘要
以偶氮染料活性黑5作为目标污染物,通过改变不同环境因素如pH、温度、盐浓度、初始染料浓度,探讨影响细菌菌群脱色效果的不同环境因素。研究结果表明,在pH值为9的环境条件下,脱色效果最佳,且碱性条件更有利于脱色;当初始染料浓度在20~200 mg/L时,脱色率均高于88%;在不同盐浓度0%~5%条件下,细菌菌群对活性黑5的脱色率均可达到90%以上;与好氧条件相比,细菌菌群在兼氧条件下对活性黑5的脱色效果更佳;另外,细菌菌群对温度的适应范围较广。结果表明,本研究筛选的细菌菌群对高盐、碱性废水具有较好的处理潜力。
Azo dye Reactive Black 5 was taken as the target pollutant,and different environmental factors such as pH,temperature,salt concentration and initial dye concentration were changed to explore the different environmental factors affecting the decolorization effect of bacterial flora.The results showed that the decolorization effect was best when pH value was 9,and alkaline condition was more favorable to decolorization.When the initial dye concentration was 20~200 mg/L,the decolorization rate was higher than 88%.Under different salt concentration 0%~5%,the decolorization rate of Reactive Black 5 could reach more than 90%.Compared with aerobic condition,bacterial flora had better decolorization effect on Reactive Black 5 under focultative conditions.In addition,the bacterial flora had a wide range of adaptation to temperature.The results showed that the bacterial flora screened in this study had good treatment potential for high-salt and alkaline wastewater.
