配方与加工工艺对高改性淀粉含量洁面乳的影响

摘要 在高改性淀粉洁面乳越来越受消费者青睐的今天,这种洁面乳的生产量也日益增加,而研究化妆品行业中工艺与配方对洁面乳加工以及产品特性的影响具有重要意义。通过研究不同工艺以及不同配方的高改性淀粉洁面乳与对照组进行比较,评价工艺与配方对洁面乳的安全性能,保水性能,加工稳定性进行评价。结果发现配方对于洁面乳的使用性影响最大,尤其是高级脂肪酸的加入以及淀粉的含量。而工艺对高改性淀粉洁面乳生产影响最大的一环是保温环节,因为淀粉需要长时间的保温进行充分糊化。通过研究配方与工艺对高改性淀粉洁面乳的影响,能够为化妆品行业后续的加工与生产带来深刻的指导意义。 As highly modified starch cleanser is more and more favored by consumers today,the production of cleanser is also increasing day by day.It is of great significance to study the influence of process and formula on cleanser processing and product characteristics in cosmetics industry.To evaluate the safety performance,water retention performance and processing stability of cleanser by studying different processes and different formulations of highly modified starch cleanser compared with the control group.It was found that the formula had the greatest influence on the usability of the cleanser,especially the addition of acid and the content of starch in the saponification process.The most important factor affecting the production of highly modified starch cleanser was the heat preservation,because the starch needed a long time of heat preservation to fully gelatinize.Studying the influence of the formula and technology on the highly modified starch cleanser,profound guiding significance could bring for the subsequent processing and production of cosmetics industry.
