摘要
结合市政污泥制备生态水泥实例,检测并分析污泥中有害成分对水泥质量的影响。实践证明,当市政污掺量在4%时强度得到最大发挥;水泥中氯离子、碱含量均在可控范围之内;市政污泥中重金属在熟料煅烧过程中得到了很好的固化,可浸出性重金属含量低;水泥放射性水平均符合国标要求。因此,通过控制市政污泥的掺量,可以使水泥性能保持稳定,水泥中有害物质可控,为市政污泥在水泥工业的资源化利用提供参考。
Combining with the example of preparing ecological cement from municipal sludge,the influence of harmful components in sludge on cement quality was detected and analyzed.Practice proved that the strength was maximized when the municipal sludge content was 4%.The content of chloride ion and alkali in cement was controlled,heavy metals were well solidified during clinker calcination,and the leaching value of heavy metals was low,the level of cement radioactivity was under the standard.So the cement performance could be kept by controlling the content of municipal sludge,and the harmful substances in cement could be controlled,which provided reference for the resource utilization of municipal sludge in cement industry.
