摘要
烧结烟气是钢铁行业产生SO_(2)的主要来源,在国家出台的环保政策日益严苛背景下,如何处理烧结烟气SO2的排放已经成为了人们关注的重点。从烧结烟气特点入手,分析了烧结烟气的主要特征,详细介绍了石灰石-石膏法、旋转喷雾半干法和密相干塔法三种脱硫工艺,对比了湿法、半干法、干法工艺的特点,总结了各项工艺的优缺点,为钢铁企业在选择合适的脱硫工艺做出了参考。
Sintering flue gas is the main source of SO_(2) in the iron and steel industry.Under the background of increasingly stringent environmental protection policies issued by the state,how to deal with the SO 2 emission from sintering flue gas has become the focus of attention.Starting with the characteristics of sintering flue gas,the main characteristics of sintering flue gas was analyzed,three desulfurization processes were introduced in detail:limestone gypsum process,rotary spray semi dry process and dense coherent tower process,the characteristics of wet process,semi dry process and dry process were compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each process was summarized,and a reference was made for iron and steel enterprises in selecting appropriate desulfurization process.
