摘要
为充分结合本学院化工安全研究特色,实现以科研促教学、助力教学效果显著提升的目标,本文以硝化反应为例,设计了基于量热方法的计算机模拟辅助综合实验,对反应的热力学参数、动力学参数、最大可允许温度等参数的实验测试及数据分析方法进行了详细阐述,在此基础上介绍了Matlab辅助的热安全操作参数优化方法,最后给出了教学进度安排建议。通过这一综合实验,可以使学生加深对相关专业知识的掌握,提高动手实践能力,激发创新思维,培养科研素养。
To fully integrate the characteristics of chemical safety research in this college and achieve the goal of promoting teaching and significantly improving teaching effectiveness through scientific research,a computer-aided comprehensive experiment based on calorimetry method which took nitrification reaction as an example was designed,and the experimental testing and data analysis methods for thermodynamic parameters,kinetic parameters,maximum allowable temperature and other parameters of the reaction were elaborated in detail.On this basis,the Matlab assisted optimization method for thermal safety operation parameters was introduced,and the suggestions for teaching schedule arrangement were finally given.This comprehensive experiment can deepen students understanding on the relevant professional knowledge,improve their practical skills,stimulate their innovative thinking,and cultivate their scientific research literacy.
