“以人为本”的吴江乡村日间照料中心配置研究

Study on the Allocation of “People-Oriented” Rural Day Care Centers in Wujiang

随着“老龄化”程度的加深,养老问题成为我国必须直面的重大问题。在养老服务发展过程中,“以人为本”作为科学发展观的核心理念必须发挥指导作用。地处大都市密集区的吴江乡村地区老龄化程度高,完善养老体系的需求迫切。文章通过对吴江区210个行政村和432个自然村的访谈、问卷调查和实地考察发现,乡村日间照料中心位置超出老年人的步行范围、空间设计不匹配老年人的活动特征、功能配置不满足老年人的活动需求、智慧化养老未顾及老年人的接受特征及需求。据此,笔者从“以人为本”视角,对吴江区乡村日间照料中心的布局、设计、功能、智慧化建设等规划配置提出优化建议。

With the deepening of“aging”,the pension problem has become a major problem that China must face.In the development of elderly care services,the concept of“people-orientation”as the core of the scientific outlook on development must play a guiding role.In Wujiang rural area,which is located in the densely metropolitan area,the aging degree is deepening rapidly,and the improvement of the pension system is urgent.Through interviews,questionnaires and field visits to 210 administrative villages and 432 natural villages in Wujiang District,it is found that the location layout of rural day care centers exceeds the walking distance of the elderly,the spatial design does not match the activity characteristics of the elderly,the functional configuration does not meet the activity needs of the elderly,and the smart elderly care does not take into account the acceptance characteristics and needs of the elderly.Therefore,from the perspective of“people-orientation”,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions on the layout,design,function and smart construction of rural day care center in Wu jiang district.
