双碳目标下绿色建筑发展路径与实施对策研究

“十四五”规划从国家层面上对建筑业的“碳达峰、碳中和”作了明确规划和严格部署,是我国碳达峰的窗口期。在双碳背景下,关于绿色建筑问题已经引发了社会各界的广泛关注,绿色建筑与双碳目标密不可分。绿色建筑是双碳目标的重要内容,双碳目标的实现离不开绿色建筑全生命周期节能减排的助力,因此新时期应大力推广绿色建筑。建筑领域是我国能源消费和碳排放的三大领域之一,具有巨大的碳减排潜力和市场发展潜力。促进建筑产业快速向低碳、绿色方向转型,探索平台化、定制化、网络化、规模化、全球化的新型运营模式,积极探索基于双碳目标的绿色建筑高质量发展路径,对于实现双碳目标具有重要意义。

“The 14th five-year plan”has made a clear plan and strict deployment for the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”of the construction industry from the national level,and is the window period of our carbon peaking.Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the issue of green building has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.The goas of green building,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are inseparable.Green building is an important content of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and the realization of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality cannot be separated from the promotion of energy saving and emission reduction in the whole life cycle of green building.In the new era,we should promote the green buildings vigorously.The construction field is one of the three major fields of energy consumption and carbon emission in China,which has huge carbon emission reduction potential and market development potential.Promoting the rapid transformation of the construction industry to a low-carbon and green direction,exploring new operational models of platform,customization,networking,scale and globalization,and actively exploring the high-quality development path of green building based on the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality have important significance for realizing the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
