摘要
随着铸造产业的健康可持续发展,铸造企业产生的废砂再生利用越来越引起行业的重视。通过对沧州市铸造企业废砂再生全过程跟踪各污染物产生情况和排放情况,分析得出污染物控制的最佳方案。着重介绍铸造废砂生产工艺、各环节污染物产生情况、污染物控制措施和达标排放情况几个方面的研究工作并给出相关的建议。这些措施的实施有效促进了环境保护和可持续发展,为沧州市铸造企业在环境治理方面提供了有益的参考和指导。
With the healthy and sustainable occurrence of the foundry industry,the recycling of waste sand generated by foundry enterprises has attracted more and more attention from the industry.By tracking the generation and discharge of pollutants in the whole process of waste sand regeneration in Cangzhou foundry enterprises,the best plan for pollutant control is analyzed and obtained.This paper focuses on the research work on the production process of casting waste sand,the generation of pollutants in various links,pollutant control measures and discharges that meet the standards,and gives relevant suggestions.
