摘要 本文对纯钛中间隙元素O、N、C进行了氧当量O_(3)计算,基于21组实验数据,通过线性回归求解运算,建立了氧当量O_(3)与纯钛室温力学性能的线性本构模型,经过三组数据的实际验证,建立的基于氧当量纯钛力学性能模型具有较高预测精度,对纯钛铸锭冶炼及铸件生产具有较高实际意义及指导价值。 This article calculates the oxygen equivalent O,of the interstitial elements O,N,and C in pure titanium.Based on 21 sets of experimental data and linear regression calculation,a linear constitutive model between oxygen equivalent Os and the mechanical properties of pure titanium at room temperature was established.After practical verification of three sets of data,the oxygen equivalent pure titanium mechanical properties model established in this article has high prediction accuracy,which has high practical significance and guiding value in pure titanium ingot smelting and casting production.
