摘要
随着核电关键铸钢设备的国产化,奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层在核电外缸生产制造过程中的运用越来越广泛,对于堆焊层的超声波检验成为了新的课题。为了保证奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层的超声波检验质量得到有效控制,本文通过实际检测试验和对超声波检测技术的理论分析,总结了奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层的超声波检测控制要点和质量控制方法。
With the development of localization of critical nuclear power castings,austenitic stainless cladding welds are widely applied on HIP casings during the manufacturing,and the ultrasonic inspection on cladding welds became a new subject.In order to ensure the inspection quality on claddings welds,this paper analyzed the detection technology based on practice test,summarized the main points of ultrasonic inspection and quality control method.
