摘要
针对管内固相微萃取技术中普通整体柱比表面积小、结合位点少和作用效率不高的问题,基于有机金属框架柱后衍生原位生长技术,制备比表面积大、金属位点多的沸石咪唑酯骨架ZIF-8修饰整体柱,对整体柱的结构及性能进行表征,并将其与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测技术联用,进行花蛤和贻贝中软骨藻酸的在线富集及检测分析。结果表明:ZIF-8修饰整体柱的聚合结构紧密均匀,比表面积为230.92 m^(2)/g;花蛤和贻贝的贝肉样品中软骨藻酸的检测限达到0.3μg/kg,花蛤和贻贝中软骨藻酸的加标回收率分别达到(92.4±2.5)%~(94.5±1.0)%、(91.4±2.4)%~(92.6±1.5)%。
Aiming at the problems of limited specific surface area,inadequate binding sites,and low efficiency of traditional monolithic column for in-tube solid phase micro-extraction,a monolithic column modified with zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-8 was prepared via the post-column in-situ growth technique of metal organic frameworks to provide large specific surface area and numerous metal sites.The structure and properties of the monolithic column were characterized,and the prepared monolithic column was applied for online enrichment and detection of domoic acid(DA)by combining with high-performance liquid chromatography and photo diode array detection.The results show that the polymer structure of the monolithic column modified with ZIF-8 is compact and uniform,and the specific surface area is 230.92 m^(2)/g.The detection limit of DA in clam and mussel tissue samples was 0.3μg/kg,and the recovery yields of DA spiked in clams and mussels were(92.4±2.5)%~(94.5±1.0)%and(91.4±2.4)%~(92.6±1.5)%,respectively.
