摘要
全面、及时、准确的监测是林业有害生物科学防控的关键前提。运用SWOT-AHP分析模型,定量分析了广东省林业有害生物监测策略。结果表明,应采取扭转型战略,紧抓生态文明建设快速持续发展的机遇,补足基层技术力量,提高专业技术水平,变自身劣势为优势,依托国家、省、市、县完善的监测体系,提升林业有害生物监测感知技术水平,并提出了对策建议,为今后广东省林业有害生物监测工作提供借鉴。
Comprehensive,timely,and accurate monitoring is a key prerequisite for scientific prevention and control of forestry pests.This paper analyzed forest pest monitoring strategic based on SWOT-AHP method in Guangdong Province.The results showed that the forestry pest monitoring in Guangdong should adopted the re-verse strategy,grasp the opportunity of rapid and sustainable development of ecological civilization construc-tion,supplement the grass-roots technical force,constantly improve the professional and technical level,change the disadvantages into advantages,and rely on the country,province,city Improve the monitoring system of the county,and improve the level of forest pest monitoring perception technology,and put forward develop-ment suggestions to pro-vide reference for the future forest pest monitoring in Guangdong.
