不同育苗基质对秋茄苗木生长的影响

摘要 了解不同育苗基质对秋茄苗木生长的影响,为生产上科学制定秋茄育苗的基肥提供理论参考。在广西英罗港口红树林苗圃内开展了不同育苗基质对秋茄苗木生长影响的试验,该试验设3个处理:A1的育苗基质为海泥搅拌30g复合肥(V复合肥∶V海泥=3∶500;VN∶VP∶VK=18∶12∶10),A2均为有机肥料,A3为底部11cm高的有机肥,表层11cm高的海泥,对照组的育苗基质均为海泥,研究育苗基质对秋茄发芽率、生长、生理的影响。试验结果表明:(1)育苗基质对秋茄苗木生长有影响,育苗基质均为有机肥料的秋茄发芽率为0,其它育苗基质的秋茄发芽率为100%;(2)育苗基质对秋茄地径无影响,对秋茄苗高有显著影响,A1处理的苗木最高,为53.70cm;(3)育苗基质对秋茄生理指标有显著影响,A1和A3处理的秋茄苗木营养元素均高于对照组。可见,在育苗基质中加入适量的肥料可促进秋茄苗木生长。 To understand the influence of different seedling substrates on the growth of kandelia candel seedlings,and to provide theoretical reference for scientific formulation of basic fertilizer for kandelia candel seedlings.An experiment was carried out in the mangrove nursery of Yingluo Port,Guangxi Province to study the effects of different seedling substrates on the growth of kandelia candel seedlings.The experiment consisted of three treatments:the seedling substrate of A1 was 30g composite fertilizer mixed with sea mud(composite fertilizer-sea mud:3-500;N-P-K:18-12-10),A2 was organic fertilizer,A was organic fertilizer with a height of 1lcm at the bottom and sea mud with a height of 1lcm at the surface,and the seedling medium of the control group was sea mud.The effects of seedling medium on germination rate,growth and physiology of au-tumn eggplant were studied.The results showed that:(1)the seedling substrate had an effect on the growth of kandelia candel seedlings.The germination rate of the seedlings with organic fertilizer was 0.The germination rate of other seedling substrates was 100%.(2)The seedling medium had no effect on the ground diameter of the seedlings,but had a significant effect on the height of the seedlings.The seedlings treated with A1 were the highest,which was 53.70cm.(3)Seedling substrate had significant influence on the physiological indexes of kandelia candel,and the nutrient elements of A1 and A3 treated kandelia candel seedlings were higher than those of the control group.It can be seen that adding appropriate amount of fertilizer in the seedling substrate can promote the growth of kandelia candel seedlings.
