摘要
我国房地产行业正向“转方式、调结构、增动能”的新模式转化。我国高校房地产开发与管理专业面向行业变革的新形势,在课程建设、产教协同、实验实践等方面驱需优化与调整。本文依托教育部工程管理与工程造价专业教学指导分委员会组织开展的“高校房地产开发与管理专业建设情况调查”,归纳了我国房地产专业建设在培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍、社会认同、生源就业等方面存在的问题与面临的挑战,对比国外房地产专业建设经验,提出优化培养结构、拓宽国际化办学视野、拓展专业培养纵深,设立房地产专业硕士学位等建议,为下一步我国高校房地产专业建设提供参考。
The real estate industry in China is undergoing a new mode transformation towards"changing methods,adjusting structure and increasing momentum."Confronted with the new environment of industry transformation,the real estate development and management major in Chinese universities needs urgently optimization and adjustment in curriculum design,industry-education collaboration and experimental practice.Based on the"Investigation on the Construction of Real Estate Development and Management Majors in Colleges and Universities"'completed by the Teaching Guidance Sub-committee of Engineering Management and Engineering Cost under the Ministry of Education,this paper summarizes the problems and challenges against the development of real estate Majors in China,regarding to training objectives,curriculum design,faculty team,social recognition as well as student sources and graduate employment.With comparison to the development experiences of foreign real estate major,this paper puts forward suggestions such as optimizing the training structure,broadening the vision on internationalized schooling,expanding the depth of professional training and setting up a master's degree on real estate major.These suggestions provide references for the future development of real estate major in colleges and universities in China.
