1+X证书制度下高职院校食品类专业书证融通实施路径与实践 被引量:1

摘要 我国高职第三批1+X证书制度试点证书之一的粮农食品安全评价职业技能等级证书,对职业院校食品类专业人才培养模式改革以及“双高”建设意义重大。基于“学历证书+职业技能等级证书”的职业院校食品类专业1+X书证融通实施过程中,通过校企深度融合实现专业核心课程标准和职业技能等级证书标准的课证融通,制订书证融通人才培养方案、构建“模块化、标准化”课程体系、整合校企深度融合的实训教学资源体系、打造“双师型”专兼结合功能性教学团队、创新多元化教学模式和考核评价模式,提升职业院校食品类专业高素质创新性、复合型技术技能人才培养能力。 The Food and Agriculture Food Safety Evaluation Vocational Skill Level Certificate is one of the third batch of 1+X certificate system pilot certificates,which is of great significance to the reform of the training model of food professionals in vocational colleges and the construction of"double high".During the implementation of the 1+X certificate integration of food majors in vocational colleges based on"academic certificate+vocational skill level certificate",through the deep integration of school and enterprise to realize the integration of professional core curriculum standards and vocational skill level certificate standards,we construct the curriculum system of a"module","standardization and standardization",integrate practical teaching resource systems,create a"dual-professional"professional and combined teaching team,innovate diversified teaching models and assessment and evaluation models.It has improved the high quality,innovative compound type of food majors in vocational colleges cultivation of technical skills talents.
