新时代大学生劳动教育是中国式现代化的实践方式

中国式现代化的关键因素是“人”,而新时代大学生劳动教育围绕高等教育的内涵式发展目标,致力于人的自由而全面发展,有着理论和现实的一致性和融通性,理应成为助推中国式现代化的实践方式。必须科学把握二者的逻辑关系,结合专业特点、思维方法和受教育者的年龄特征,找准着力点,科学布局、精准推进,增强大学生劳动教育教育内容的针对性、教育体系的现代化、教育方式的有效性,构建新时代大学生人才培养的长效机制,建设一支“知识型、技能型、创新型”有理想有素质的劳动大军,有效应对当下多重挑战,培养契合社会发展的时代新人,以人的现代化助推国家的现代化。
