“立德树人”视域下课程思政高质量建设:价值意蕴、科学评价与创新路径

课程思政是落实“立德树人”根本任务和构建“大思政”格局不可或缺的重要环节。在“立德树人”视域下推动课程思政高质量建设有助于全面培养时代新人,深度强化文化自信,深化教育强国建设。然而,新时代课程思政建设仍存在教育主体认知浅层化、实施能力薄弱化、思政教育资源挖掘不充分、教学顶层设计待完善、以及评价体系待优化等一系列现实问题。为此,高校应提升专业课教师对课程思政的价值认同、完善和创新课程思政建设体系、优化和整合思政教育资源、在顶层设计上完善相关配套制度政策、探索建立科学合理的课程思政评价系统,切实助力实现立德树人根本目标。

Curriculumi deology and politics is an indispensable link in implementing the fundamental task of"cultivating people with morality"and constructing the pattern of"great ideological and political"pattern.Promoting the construction of high-quality curriculum ideology and politics from the perspective of"cultivating people with morality"is conducive to comprehensively cultivating new people of the times,deeply strengthening cultural confidence and deepening the construction of education power.However,there are still some practical problems in the ideological and political construction in curriculum in the new era,such as shallow cognition of educational subjects,weak implementation ability,insufficient exploration of ideological and political education resources,imperfect top-level design of teaching and optimization of evaluation system.Therefore,colleges and universities should enhance professional teachers'recognition of the value of curriculum ideology and politics,improve and innovate the construction system of it,optimize and integrate ideological and political education resources,improve relevant supporting systems and policies,and explore the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of it,so as to effectively help realize the fundamental goal of educating people.
