摘要
文化创意产业政策的提出标示着文化政策中一个转变的趋势,背后隐藏着文化艺术在当代社会中被赋予的价值。随着经济论述影响力的增加,文化的概念也逐渐转变为文化经济的概念。以烟台山推动城乡风貌改造运动为案例,以推展城乡风貌融文化与“美学经济”的结合,从创造力循环行动的过程出发,以发展在地特色、活络地方产业经济及文化创意产业,激发出难以评价与想象的“美学经济”。
The proposal of cultural creative industry policy has marked the changing trend of cultural policy,implying the value given to cultural art in contemporary society.With the increasing influence of economic discourse,the concept of culture is gradually transformed into the concept of cultural economy.In the paper,with the case of Yantai Mountain’s movement to promote the urban and rural landscape transformation,the urban and rural landscape is promoted with the combination of culture and“aesthetic economy”to develop local characteristics,activate local industrial economy and cultural creative industries by starting from the process of creativity circular action so as to stimulate the indescribable and unimaginable“aesthetic economy”.
