超长地下室顶板结构温度分析与工程实践

摘要 分析超长钢筋混凝土结构的温度作用,不能仅对施工环境和使用环境的温度变化形成的温差进行评估分析,对材料本身在水化硬化过程中的收缩应力应也给予充分考虑。参考王铁梦《工程结构裂缝控制》一书中关于非标准状态收缩相对变形的理论计算公式,并结合实际工程案例分析,发现超长混凝土结构后浇带虽然释放了施工过程的部分收缩应力,混凝土在后浇带封闭后的剩余收缩应力的等效温差,也不容忽视。根据分析结果,采取了相应有效措施。该项目工程投入使用多年实践,未产生裂缝等现象,效果良好。 The temperature effect analysis of ultra long reinforced concrete structures cannot only evaluate and analyze the temperature difference caused by temperature changes in the construction environment and usage environment.The shrinkage stress of the material itself during the hydration and hardening process should be fully considered.This article refers to the theoretical calculation formula of non-standard state shrinkage relative deformation in Wang Tiemeng's book"Engineering Structure Crack Control"and combines it with actual engineering case analysis,It was found that although the super long concrete structure post pouring strip released some shrinkage stress during the construction process,the equivalent temperature difference of the remaining shrinkage stress of the concrete after the post pouring strip was closed cannot be ignored.Based on the analysis results,corresponding effective measures should be taken.The project has been put into use for many years without any cracks or other phenomena,and the effect is good.
