摘要
城市快速路是城市跨区域出行的主要通道。对已建成城市快速路的限速值进行重新评估优化,以期提高道路的通行效率。针对当前快速路限速值评估优化过于依赖管理者主观经验,缺乏系统性和理论性的问题,基于运行速度理论,结合道路技术指标、交通安全环境和过渡段等因素,提出一种城市快速路的限速值评估优化方法。以厦门市仙岳路主线限速值评估优化项目为例,验证了限速值评估优化方法的可行性,为同类项目提供借鉴。
Urban expressway is the main channel for urban cross-regional travel.Reassess and optimizes the speed limit values of existing urban expressways in order to improve the traffic efficiency of the roads.In view of the current problem that the evaluation and optimization of the speed limit value of the expressway is dependent on the subjective experience of the managers too much and lacks of systematicness and theorization,Based on operating speed theory,in combination with the road technical indicators,traffic safety environment and transition section,author proposes a systematic evaluation and optimization method for speed limit of urban expressway.Taking main line of Xianyue Road in Xiamen as the evaluation object,the feasibility of the evaluation and optimization method is verified,and it provides reference for the similar projects.
