摘要
针对大型体育场馆在结构、管线、幕墙方面存在的问题,在节省工期和提高效益的基础上,通过BIM的可视化、模拟性、优化性和可出图性的特点,在空间角度及逻辑思维下进行思考,提前解决空间上各专业的设计冲突、设计不合理处、空间结构施工定位、错综复杂的管线布置、曲面幕墙参数化设计等问题,攻克高空吸音锤片施工、大跨度钢网架支撑胎架卸载技术和MIIA装配式技术。BIM技术的应用,能有效提高前期施工的容错率,提高项目的管理能力和沟通效率,降低施工成本、节省工期,在最大范围内实现资源合理运用。
In view of the problems existing in the structure,pipeline and curtain wall of large stadiums,on the basis of saving construction period and improving efficiency,through the characteristics of BIM visualization,simulation,optimization and graphability,we think under the spatial perspective and logical thinking,and solve the problems of design conflicts,unreasonable design,spatial structure construction positioning,intricate pipeline layout,and parametric design of curved curtain wall in space in advance,as well as overcome the construction of high-altitude sound-absorbing hammer blades.The long-span steel grid supports the tire frame unloading technology and MIIA assembly technology.The application of BIM technology effectively improves the fault tolerance rate of early construction,improves project management ability and communication efficiency,reduces construction costs and saves construction period,and realizes rational use of resources within the greatest range.
