基于实车验证的动车组轴箱轴承修程修制优化研究

摘要 围绕动车组轴箱轴承修程修制优化研究工作,结合动车组延长里程轴箱轴承批量装车考核试验,统计了全路动车组延长里程前、后轴箱轴承故障率。数据表明:动车组延长检修轴承和服役里程之前,轴箱轴承年化平均故障率为0.08%;延长里程之后,2021年3月至2022年3月、2022年4月至2023年4月轴箱轴承年化平均故障率分别为0.13%和0.10%。轴箱轴承运用故障多出现在延长车组的三级修延长里程之前,在调研统计的452起故障中,延长里程之前轴承故障363起,延长里程后轴承故障89起。对比轴箱轴承运用故障率统计数据可知,检修周期和服役里程延长之后,轴箱轴承故障率没有明显上升,故障率总体可控。 In order to optimize the research work of axle-box bearing repair system,this paper combined with the extended mileage axle-box bearing batch loading test,and counted the axle-box bearing failure rate before and after the extended mileage for the whole Railway Administration.The data shows that the annualised average failure rate of axle-box bearings was 0.08%before the extended overhaul bearings and service mileage of the Multiple Units.Annualised average failure rates of 0.13%and 0.10%for axle-box bearings from March 2021 to March 2022 and April 2022 to April 2023 respectively,after extended mileage.Most of the axle-box bearing failures occurred before the extended mileage of the three-level repair of the extended set,of the 452 failures counted in the research,363 bearing failures occurred before the extended mileage and 89 bearing failures occurred after the extended mileage.Comparing the statistical data on the failure rate of axle-box bearings,it can be seen that the failure rate of axle-box bearings does not increase significantly after the service intervals and service mileage are extended,and the failure rate is generally manageable.
