DF11G机车车轮踏面剥离问题研究

摘要 针对DF11G机车车轮踏面剥离问题进行分析研究,对比分析两组伤损轮对与正常车轮,研究分析宏观形貌、化学成分、显微组织和力学性能等主要影响因素。结果表明:4件车轮的检验指标均满足技术条件要求,接触疲劳剥离是车轮踏面在轮轨接触应力作用下累积应变疲劳所致。与同轮对中未剥离的车轮相比,2件剥离车轮的强硬均匀性较差,其中一件剥离车轮还存在明显的成分偏析,这些因素均加速了车轮剥离的产生。结合以上对车轮的综合分析结果判断,均匀性及稳定性较差的车轮对于较苛刻运行条件的列车,其适应性较差,建议提高车轮制造质量稳定性,在运行条件相对苛刻的列车上,使用同强硬度等级、均匀性更稳定的机车车轮。 In this paper,the tread stripping problem of DF11G locomotive wheel was analyzed.Four wheels of two different wheelsets were compared and analyzed.The main influencing factors of macro-morphology,chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that the test results of four wheels meet the technical requirements.Contact fatigue stripping is the accumulation of strain fatigue at wheel tread under wheel-rail contact stress.Compared with the normal wheels in the same wheelset,the mechanical properties of two stripped wheels are not uniform,and one of the stripped wheels has obvious segregation,all these factors accelerated the formation of wheel tread stripping.DF11G locomotives were in relatively poor operating conditions.Combined with the above analysis of the wheel detection and analysis results,in order to improve the quality and stability of wheels,the locomotive wheels with the same strength grade and the overall uniformity should be used on trains with relatively severe conditions.
