摘要
实现动车组的高速安全运行,需要对动车组车内部件的质量进行严格的控制,在实现基本功能的前提下,研究轻量化设计方案。对动车组行李架的结构、材质以及性能参数等方面进行研究,并通过仿真计算验证其强度、位移量等,验证轻量化设计的行李架的可靠性及可行性。
To realize the high-speed and safe operation of EMU,the vehicle weight and the weight of components inside the EMU,need to be strictly controlled.On the premise of realizing the basic function,the lightweight design scheme was researched.The structure,material selection and material parameters of the EMU luggage rack were studied,and the strength,displacement and other performance were verified by simulation calculation,so as to verify the reliability of this lightweight design of luggage rack and the feasibility of putting into production.
