“乌卡时代”敏捷性商科人才培养模式思考

Reflection on the Cultivation Mode of Agile Business Talents in VUCA Era

全球环境的剧烈波动和变化、国家战略意志的强化和延伸以及服务地方社会经济发展的强烈诉求,对传统的商科人才培养模式提出了重大挑战。本文基于传统商科教育模式的短板和敏捷性人才的研究现状,提出和构建了以发展学生的灵活反应、动态适应和开放创造三维能力为培养目标,以模块化的课程单元设计、开放化的传授方式、个性化的培养方案和数智化的教学平台为培养手段的敏捷性商科人才培养模式。该模式为商科教育回应乌卡环境带来的重大挑战、有效服务于国家战略和地方经济与社会发展提供了人才培养模式变革指导。

Traditional modes of business talent cultivation are faced with major challenges from the drastic fluctuations and changes in the global environment,the reinforcement and expansion of the strategic will of the state,and the strong demand to serve local socioeconomic.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional business education modes and extant researches on agile talents,this paper proposes an innovative mode of agile business talent cultivation.The proposed cultivation aims to develop students’capabilities of flexible response,dynamic adaptation,and open creation.To achieve the cultivation aims, the mode also provides four specific cultivation approaches, that is,modular course unit designing, open educating, personalized training scheme, and digitaland intelligent teaching platforms. The mode provides guidance for business education torespond to the major challenges brought by the VUCA environment and satisfy the demandsof national strategies and local socioeconomic development.
