摘要
学生是独立学院转设的关键利益相关者和重要影响因素,然而已有研究很少关注转设对学生的影响。本文以独立学院学生在网络社交平台上发表的针对转设主题的评论文本为数据,基于LDA主题模型分析学生的集体性焦虑,并辅以深度访谈进行阐释和验证。结果发现:学生关于独立学院转设的焦虑主要表现为身份降级、权益受损、质量下滑、前途未卜、公平失衡五类。引发学生集体性焦虑的原因包括政策空间模糊、信息不对称以及公众的刻板印象。为了消解学生的集体性焦虑,政府需要健全相关法律政策,独立学院需要拓宽信息畅通渠道,抓住转型机遇,加快内涵建设。
Student is a key stakeholder and an important influencing factor during the process of independent college transformation.However,there have been few studies focusing on how this transformation influences students.Based on independent college students’postings on social media discussing the topic of“transformation”,this paper adopts the LDA thematic model to analyze students’collective anxiety.Students were also interviewed to triangulate the LDA results.Results showed that students generally indicate five types of anxieties:status degradation,rights and interests loss,quality decline,uncertain future,and equity imbalance.Reasons causing these anxieties include blur policy space,information asymmetry,public stereotypes.In order to decrease students’collective anxiety,government needs to improve relevant law and policy,independent colleges need to broaden the channels of information flow, seize the opportunities of transformation,and accelerate the development of inner quality.
