社会力量参与第三次分配的多元路径——以新的社会阶层为对象的扎根理论分析

The Multiple Paths of Social Force to Participate in the Third Distribution——The Grounded Theory Analysis of the New Social Classes

发挥第三次分配作用推动共同富裕,需要为社会力量提供适当的参与路径,但既有研究尚无法提供一个相对全面和系统的参与路径。以新的社会阶层为对象的扎根理论分析表明,社会力量参与第三次分配主要存在直接参与和委托参与两大路径。两大路径下又存在慈善活动、互助、公益创业、通过非营利组织参与和通过金融机构参与5种次级路径,以及慈善捐赠、志愿服务、非营利服务等11种具体参与方式。多元路径的提出,能够为社会力量参与第三次分配的实践发展和政策优化提供理论参考。

To play the role of the third distribution and promote common prosperity,it is necessary to provide an appropriate participation path for social forces,but the existing research has not been able to provide a relatively comprehensive and systematic participation path map.Based on the grounded theory analysis of the new social classes,it shows that there are two main ways of social force participating in the third distribution:direct participation and entrusted participation.Under the two paths,there are five sub-paths,namely charity activities,mutual assistance,social entrepreneurship,participation through non-profit organizations and financial institutions,and 11 specific participation ways,including charitable donation,volunteer service and nonprofit service,etc.The proposal of multiple participation paths can provide theoretical reference for the practice development and policy optimization ofsocial force participation in the third distribution.
