计及储能循环寿命的柔性配电网优化运行及效益均衡策略 被引量:3

摘要 针对储能寿命模型和多主体调峰效益考虑不足的问题,提出一种计及储能循环寿命的柔性配电网分布鲁棒优化运行及效益均衡策略。首先,考虑光伏不确定性和供需两侧互动特征,嵌入负荷需求响应、储能循环寿命等约束,以最大化系统总运行收益为目标建立基于数据驱动的两阶段分布鲁棒优化运行模型。其次,模型通过等价转换、大M法、McCormick方法和二阶锥松弛等方法凸化处理为混合整数凸规划问题,利用可调相对熵约束随机变量的概率分布模糊集并通过列与约束生成算法求解。然后,将改进Shapley值法应用于多个储能间的调峰收益分摊问题,以均衡储能自身建设成本。最后,通过293节点算例验证了所提优化模型的有效性。 To solve the problem of insufficient consideration of energy storage life model and multi-agent peak-shaving benefits,a distributed robust optimal operation and benefit balance strategy is proposed for the flexible distribution network considering the cycle life of energy storage.First,considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic and the interaction between supply and demand,and embedding the constraints of load demand response and the cycle life of energy storage,a data-driven two-stage distributed robust optimal operation model is established with the goal of maximizing the total operation income of the system.Secondly,the model is convex into a mixed-integer convex programming problem by means of equivalent transformation,big-M method,McCormick and second-order cone relaxation.The fuzzy set of probability distribution of random variables is constrained by adjustable relative entropy and solved by column and constraint generation algorithm.Then,the improved Shapley value method is applied to the allocation of peak-shaving benefits among multiple energy storage systems to balance the construction cost of energy storage itself.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model is verified by a 293-bus case.
