地方高校公费师范生领悟社会支持对学习投入的影响——职业价值观的中介效应

摘要 探究领悟社会支持和职业价值观对地方高校公费师范生学习投入的影响,有利于提高地方高校公费师范生的专业素养并增强未来的入职适应性。本研究采用领悟社会支持量表、学习投入量表和职业价值观量表,探讨职业价值观在地方高校公费师范生领悟社会支持对学习投入影响中的中介效应。研究结果表明,地方高校公费师范生领悟社会支持、学习投入和职业价值观总体处于较高水平,领悟社会支持对学习投入具有正向预测作用,职业价值观在领悟社会支持对学习投入的正向预测作用过程中起着部分中介效应。研究结果揭示了地方高校公费师范生领悟社会支持作用于学习投入的内部机制,为地方高校公费师范生的培养提供了依据。 Exploring the influence of understanding social supports and professional values on the learning investment of local public-funded normal university students is conducive to improving their professional quality and enhancing their future entry adaptability.This study adopts the understanding social supports scale,learning investment scale and professional values scale,discusses the intermediary effect of professional values on the influence of understanding social supports on learning investment.The results show that the understanding social supports,learning investment and professional values overall at a high level,understanding social supports positively predict learning investment,professional values in the process play a partial intermediary effect.The results reveal the internal mechanism of local public-funded normal university students understanding social supports predict learning investment,which provides a basis for the cultivation of local public-funded normal university students.
