摘要
针对目前我国玻璃熔窑地坑结构建造方式,从结构、建造实施过程、工程造价等方面分析,阐述传统地坑结构与新型熔窑地坑结构优劣势。依据现有地势地形,最大化节省动上作业、缩短建造周期,打造无地坑熔窑基础结构,并通过合理布局工艺附属设备,以适应新型地坑结构,达到降本增效目的。
In view of the current construction mode of glass furnace pit structure in China,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional pit structure and new furnace pit structure are expounded from the aspects of structure,construction implementation process,project cost,etc.Based on the existing terrain,to maximize the savings in excavation operations,shorten the construction cycle,create a foundation structure for a pit free furnace,and through reasonable layout of process auxiliary equipment,adapt to the new pit structure,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
