基于ZIF的非贵金属氧还原催化剂研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 金属铂(Pt)作为阴极氧还原反应(ORR)催化剂,存在价格昂贵、稳定性及耐甲醇性低等缺点,阻碍燃料电池商业化。沸石咪唑酯骨架(ZIF)材料具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、结构可调控及富含氮等优点,衍生的过渡金属/氮掺杂碳(M/NC)材料已应用于催化ORR方面。综述基于ZIF-8和ZIF-67的燃料电池非贵金属ORR催化剂的设计制备及应用,主要包括单一ZIF和ZIF复合材料衍生的催化剂,讨论ZIF衍生的非贵金属催化剂面临的问题和发展方向,提出提高ZIF基催化剂和非贵金属催化剂催化ORR性能可采取的策略。 As the cathodic catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),platinum(Pt)had disadvantages of high price,low stability and low resistance to methanol,which limited the commercialization of fuel cells.Zeolite imidazolate framework(ZIF)materials had the advantages of large specific surface area,high porosity,adjustable structure and rich nitrogen.Transition metal(M)/nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)materials derived from ZIF were used in catalyzing ORR.The design,preparation and application of non-noble metal catalysts for ORR based on ZIF-8 and ZIF-67 in fuel cells were reviewed.It mainly included single ZIF-and ZIF composite-derived catalysts.The problems and development direction of ZIF-derived non-noble metal catalysts were discussed.The strategies for enhancing the catalytic performance of ZIF-based catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts for ORR were proposed.
