轻质花形超材料宽带吸波器

摘要 使用花形镂空磁性复合材料吸波片和背板金属设计了一种微波宽带超材料吸波器,该吸波器能实现与自由空间的阻抗匹配的同时,可以改变电磁场在吸波片中的分布,有效地将入射场能量耗散在花形镂空结构边缘,实现宽带和高吸收率。COMSOL Multiphysics软件仿真表明:在厚度为3.18 mm的磁性复合材料吸波片上,刻有周期为10 mm,长、短半轴分别为6.3和2 mm的椭圆形花瓣镂空结构时,吸收率大于90%的带宽可达到12.6 GHz。对花形超材料吸波器进行加工与实验测试,其吸收率和带宽与仿真结果基本吻合。镂空结构不仅可以拓宽吸收带宽,也能够减轻吸波器的重量,可在电磁吸波领域内具有广泛的应用前景。 A microwave broadband metamaterial absorber was designed using a flower-shaped hollow magnetic composite absorber and a backplate metal,which can achieve impedance matching with free space and also change the distribution of electromagnetic field in the absorber.The energy of incident field can effectively dissipate at the edge of the flower-shaped hollow structure to achieve broadband and high absorption rate.The simulation by COMSOL Multiphysics software shows that the bandwidth of>90%absorption rate can reach 12.6 GHz with an elliptical flower petal hollow structure engraved on 3.18 mm magnetic composite plate,where the structure has a period of 10 mm,and long and short semi-axes of 6.3 and 2 mm,respectively.The absorbance and bandwidth of the flower-shaped metamaterial absorber are in good agreement with the simulation results.The hollow structure can broaden the absorption bandwidth and reduce the weight of the absorber,which could guide the design of electromagnetic absorption.
