益生菌在我国畜牧业中的应用越来越广泛,它具有调节畜禽消化道菌群平衡、促进动物机体生长发育、提高饲料利用率、改善畜禽生产性能和产品品质、增强机体免疫力,改善养殖环境等作用,尤其是其具有安全、高效、无抗、无残留等特点,使其成为潜力巨大的替抗产品之一,具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要阐述了益生菌在畜禽养殖过程中的发展历程、作用机制及临床应用功效,有助于养殖从业人员更加全面、深入地认识益生菌在畜禽养殖中发挥的作用,从而在益生菌使用和选择方法上有所启示,对市场益生菌产品的质量和稳定性提出了进一步要求。

Probiotics were more and more widely used in livestock husbandry in China.It could regulate the balance of bacteria in the digestive tract of livestock and poultry,promote the growth and development of the animal organism,improve the utilization rate of feed,improve the production performance and product quality of livestock and poultry,enhance the body immunity,improve the breeding environment and other effects,especially their safety,high efficiency,no resistance,no residue and other characteristics.It had become one of the substitute products with great potential and had broad application prospects.This paper mainly described the development history,mechanism of action and clinical application efficacy of probiotics in livestock and poultry breeding,which was helpful for aquaculture practitioners to have more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the different roles of probiotics in livestock and poultry breeding,so as to provide enlightenment on the use and selection of probiotics,and further requirements for the quality and stability of probiotic products in the market.
