大跨度环保封闭料场双层圆柱面网壳结构设计

摘要 环保封闭料场对改善环境、减少环境污染、节约资源具有重大意义。以某大型露天料场进行环保封闭改造为研究对象,主体结构采用大跨度正放四角锥双层三心圆柱面网壳结构,山墙采用钢桁架结构,运用有限元软件对结构进行整体计算分析,研究各种工况对结构体系受力影响;基于结构动力特性分析,得出杆件长细比、结构位移、结构承载力等各项控制指标,并提出一种结构连接橡胶支座做法,以期为类似工程项目提供参考。 The environmental closed depots hold significant importance in improving the environment,reducing pollution,and conserving resources.This study focused on the environmental closure transformation of a large-scale open-air depot.The main structure adopts a large-span positive four-cornered cone double-layer triple-centered cylindrical grid shell structure,the gables are constructed with steel trusses,finite element software was used to perform overall calculations and analysis of the structure,investigating the effects of various working conditions on the stress of the whole structure.Based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the structure,various control indicators such as the slenderness ratio,displacement of structure,and the structural load-carrying capacity were obtained.Additionally,a rubber bearing connection approach for the structure was proposed,hoping to provide valuable insights for similar engineering projects.
