摘要
桥隧串接型洞门作为洞门一种特殊形式,具有施工难度大、工序复杂等特点。本文结合设计图纸,依据现场实际针对不同工况(箱梁架设前串接洞门施工及连续梁施工完成后串接洞门施工)下桥隧串接型洞门施工,充分利用现有材料设计支撑体系,并采用有限元软件,运用地层-结构法,按照施工活载最不利布置原则,对串接明洞施工进行三维精细化有限元分析,系统评估支撑结构体系强度、变形以及稳定性,并总结形成一系列确保施工质量与安全的技术经验。
As a special form of tunnel portal,the bridge tunnel series portal has the characteristics of high construction difficulty and complex process.Combined with the design drawings,this article makes full use of the existing material design support system for the construction of the bridge tunnel serial tunnel under different working conditions(tunnel serial portal construction before erecting box girder and tunnel serial portal construction after the completion of continuous beam construction)according to the actual site conditions,and adopts finite element software with the strata-structure method to conduct three-dimensional refined finite element analysis of serial open cut tunnel construction in accordance with the principle of the most unfavorable arrangement of construction live loads,and systematically evaluates the strength,deformation,and stability of the supporting structure system.As a result,a series of technical experiences are summarized to ensure the construction quality and safety.
