铁路桥梁防撞墙病害修复与加固技术研究

摘要 针对铁路桥梁桥面防撞墙开裂破坏病害,提出3种防撞墙病害修复及加固方案,并采用有限元软件进行不同加固方案受力分析;制备缩尺试验模型,开展防撞墙加固方案静载试验。结果表明,力学性能试验结果与数值分析防撞墙不同病害修复及加固效果吻合良好,验证了加固方案的可行性;外侧带加劲肋钢板的病害修复加强形式对裂缝限制作用和极限承载力提高幅度最高,结构延性和裂缝状态最优,推荐采用外侧带加劲肋钢板加固形式。在后续混凝土桥梁结构加固及病害修复过程中,可借鉴本次铁路桥梁病害修复试验研究经验,并进一步优化提升,为后期铁路病害治理项目提供技术基础。 Aiming at preventing wall cracking and damage of railway bridge deck,three kinds of anti-collision wall damage repair and reinforcement schemes are put forward.The finite element software is used to carry out stress analysis of different reinforcement schemes,prepare scaled test models,and further carry out static load test of anti-collision wall reinforcement schemes.The results of mechanical properties test are in good agreement with the numerical analysis of different diseases repair and reinforcement effects of the anti-collision wall,and the feasibility of the reinforcement scheme is verified at the same time.The test results show that the damaged and repaired steel plate with outer stiffener has the highest degree of limiting effect on cracks and ultimate bearing capacity,and the ductility and crack state of the structure are the best.It is recommended to use steel plates with outer stiffeners for reinforcement.In the subsequent process of structural reinforcement and disease repair of concrete bridges,the experience of this railway bridge disease repair experiment can be used for reference,and further optimization and improvement can be provided for the technical basis of railway disease control projects in the later stage.
