摘要
本文依托济南市穿黄隧道南岸盾构超深工作井,针对盾构机出井吊装过程,构建短时荷载模型,通过数值分析结合现场实测数据研究超大、短时荷载作用对超深工作井结构体系的影响。结果表明:超大短时荷载存在一定的动力特性,在荷载作用结束后主体结构变形及内力响应均出现“回弹”现象;吊装荷载对变形主要影响深度在洞门以上范围,随深度增加,墙体横向、竖向应力变化增量差值逐渐减小,表明吊装荷载影响有限;环框梁结构的存在能够明显约束主体结构变形。
In this paper,relying on the shield ultra-deep working shaft on the south bank of the Yellow Crossing Tunnel in Jinan City as the engineering background,the short-term load model of the working shaft was established according to the process of lifting the shield machine out of the ultra-deep and large working shaft,and the influence of ultra-large and short-term loading on the structural system of ultra-deep working shaft was studied by combining numerical analysis with field measured data.The results show that there are certain dynamic characteristics of hoisting short-term and super-heavy loads.After the end of the load,the deformation of the main structure and the internal force response will appear“rebound”ꎻthe main influence depth of lifting load on deformation is in the range above the cavity door,and the incremental difference of transverse and vertical stress changes in the wall gradually decreases with the increase of depth,indicating that the influence of lifting load is limited.The existence of the ring-frame beam structure can obviously restrain the deformation of the main structure.
