物流业与制造业融合发展的影响因素识别及提升策略研究——基于新疆生产建设兵团的实证研究

Research on the Influencing Factors Recognization and Promotion Strategies of the Integration of Logistics Industry and Manufacturing Industry:An Empirical Study on the XPCC

基于耦合协调度模型及计量模型,利用2004—2021年新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称“兵团”)各师的数据,测算物流业与制造业融合发展水平,实证分析兵团物流业与制造业融合发展的影响因素。结果发现,兵团物流业与制造业融合发展水平在2004—2021年呈波动上升态势,但融合水平不够理想,距优质融合尚有差距;经济发展水平、政府参与情况、信息化水平、人力资本情况、外商直接投资水平及交通基础设施建设水平均对两业融合发展有影响,但影响的显著性、作用方向和作用程度存在差异。为此,需要通过提升政府参与水平、推动区域经济高质量发展、加强信息化应用、加快人力资本积累、合理利用外资及完善交通基础设施建设等措施,以有效助力物流业与制造业的融合发展。

Based on Coupled Coordination model and econometric model,using the data of each division of the Corps from 2004 to 2021,this article explores integrated development level of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,and empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the Integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in the XPCC.As a result,The integrated development level of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in the XPCC is fluctuating upward from 2004 to 2021,but,the level of integration is not good enough,and there is still a gap with high-quality integration;economic development level,government involvement lend,informatization level,human capital lend,FDI lend,and transportation infrastructure all affect the trend of industry fusion,but,there are differences in the significance,function direction and degree of action.Therefore,measures such as improving the level of government participation,promoting high-quality development of regional economy,strengthening the application of information technology,accelerating the accumulation of human capital,making rational use of foreign capital,and improving the construction of transportation infrastructure are needed to effectively facilitate the integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry.
