摘要
针对物流管理专业新文科建设面临的管理和工程课程整合不足、物流特色思政元素较少的问题,以《物流技术与装备》课程为例,基于建构主义学习理论,设计了管工思政融合的教学模式,将运营管理等理论、仿真等技术以及物流特色思政元素系统地融入教学中,并通过案例分析、微视频、计算机仿真、实验室参观操作、课程大作业展示等教学形式实践。教学反馈表明,所提出的教学模式能够激发学生对物流专业课程的学习热情,有助于提高学生的综合素质,培养学生正确的价值观。
This paper explores an integrated teaching model of management,engineering,and ideology and politics for logistics management Major courses in the context of the new liberal arts construction.Using Logistics Technology and Equipment Courses as a case study based on constructivist learning theory.The paper designs a systematic teaching content system that combines operation management theory,simulation and other technologies,and logistics characteristic ideology and political elements.It also uses various teaching methods such as case analysis and discussion,micro videos,simulations,and experimental operations,and so on.The teaching evaluation shows that the proposed model can enhance students’interest and comprehensive quality in learning logistics courses and foster their correct values.
