Organ donation willingness of residents with different attitudes towards organ donation

目的:探讨对器官捐献持不同态度居民的器官捐献意愿特征及相关因素。方法:选取5139名居民,采用器官捐赠量表的捐献态度和意愿2部分进行调查;运用潜在剖面分析对居民器官捐献态度分类,运用χ^(2)检验比较居民的器官捐献意愿,采用多分类logistic回归探讨各类居民器官捐献意愿的相关因素。结果:15.4%的居民愿意器官捐献;潜在剖面分析将居民分为矛盾、积极、消极及模糊态度4个组;不同器官捐献态度居民的器官捐献意愿具有差异性(χ^(2)=740.94,P<0.01),其态度越积极器官捐献意愿越高。回归分析结果显示,模糊态度组居民知道器官捐献程序(OR=2.95,95%CI:1.77~4.91)及短缺状况(OR=3.50,95%CI:2.50~4.90)更愿意进行器官捐献。结论:本研究提示居民的器官捐献意愿较低,增加居民对器官捐献程序及短缺状况的了解,可能对提高捐献意愿有促进作用。

Objective:To explore the characteristics and related factors of organ donation willingness of resi-dents with different attitudes towards organ donation.Methods:Totally 5139 residents were investigated with the donation attitude and willingness of the Organ Donation Scale.Latent profile analysis was used to classify residents'attitudes towards organ donation,chi square test was used to compare organ donation willingness among residents,and multi category logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors of organ donation intention of residents.Results:Totally 15.4%of the residents were willing to donate organs.According to the results of latent profile analysis,residents were divided into 4 groups(contradictory attitude,positive attitude,negative attitude and fuzzy attitude).The willingness to donate organs of residents with different attitudes towards organ donation was different(χ^(2)=740.94,P<0.01),the more positive residents'atude towards organ donation,the higher their will-ingness to donate organs.Multi category logistic regression analysis showed that the residents with vague attitude know organ donation procedure(OR=2.95,95%CI:1.77-4.91)and shortage(OR=3.50,95%CI:2.50-4.90)were more willing to donate org ans.Conclusion:The willingness to donate organs is relatively low,which may be promoted by strengthening publicity to increase residents awareness of organ donation procedures and short-ages..
