摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是指与发育程度不相称的注意力难以集中、不分场合的过度活动和情绪行为冲动的一种慢性疾病。本文回顾2017-2022年国内外ADHD候选基因遗传关联研究,分析表明ADHD可能是多种候选基因累积效应的结果,相关候选基因共同影响着ADHD临床症状的出现。
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a chronic disease characterized by incommensurate attention concentration,excessive activity regardless of occasions,and impulsive emotional behavior.This article reviews the genetic association studies of ADHD candidate genes at home and abroad from 2017 to 2022.The analysis shows that ADHD may be the result of the cumulative effect of multiple candidate genes,and the related candidate genes jointly affect the appearance of ADHD clinical symptoms.
