智能隧道冻结装置及其经济性分析

摘要 针对智能隧道冻结装置,通过试验研究库温对鸡肉产品冻结过程的影响,结果表明:鸡肉产品的冻结时间与库温成正相关,库温越低,冻结时间越短。结合山东省分时电价设计智能隧道冻结装置的3种运行模式,并在某用户现场进行实际运行测试,对比这3种运行模式在实际应用中单位质量能耗和耗电费用,结果表明:24 h维持库温模式单位质量能耗最低,但谷电时段降温模式比24 h维持库温模式单位质量耗电费用降低10%左右,谷电时段降温模式具有更好的经济性。 Aimed at an intelligent tunnel freezing devices,the influence of storage temperatures on the freezing process of chicken products is studied by test.The results show that the freezing time of chicken products is directly proportional to the storage temperature,the lower the storage temperature,the shorter the freezing time.Combined with the time-of-use electricity price in Shandong province,three operation modes for the intelligent tunnel freezing device are proposed.An actual operational test is conducted at a user site to compare the energy consumption and electricity cost data per ton for the three operation modes.The results show that the mode maintaining the storage temperature for 24 hours has the lowest energy consumption per ton,however,the mode of temperature reduction during off-peak hours reduces the electricity cost per ton by around 10%compared to the mode maintaining the storage temperature for 24 hours.Therefore,the off-peak temperature reduction mode has better economic performance.
